الأن يمكنك للأجانب الحصول على الجنسية المصرية في خلال 6 شهور فقط مقابل الإستثمار.
:هناك عدة برامج إستثمارية متاحة للإختيار فيما بينهم
- إيداع مبلغ 250 ألف دولار أمريكي بموجب تحويل بنكى من الخارج ، كايرادات مباشرة تؤول إلى الخزانة العامة للدولة ولا يرد.
- ربط وديعة بالبنك المركزي المصري بمبلغ 750 ألف دولار أمريكي بموجب تحويل بنكي من الخارج ، يتم استردادها بعد مرور خمس سنوات بالجنيه المصري ، وبدون فوائد.
- ربط وديعة بالبنك المركزي المصري بمبلغ مليون دولار أمريكي بموجب تحويل بنكي من الخارج ، يتم إستردادها بعد مرور ثلاث سنوات بالجنيه المصرى ، وبدون فوائد.
- إنشاء أو المشاركة في مشروع استثمارى بمبلغ لا يقل عن 400 ألف دولار أمريكي ، يحول من الخارج ، و بنسبة مشاركة لا تقل عن 40% من رأس مال المشروع.
- شراء عقار مملوك للدولة وفقا للمباني و الأراضي المتاحة للبيع بمبلغ لا يقل عن 500 ألف دولار أمريكي يحول من الخارج.
:الست خطوات اللازمة للحصول علي الجنسية المصرية
- إنشاء حساب علي الموقع الإلكترونى www.egyptcitizenship.gov.eg أو بالحضور شخصيا الى وحدة فحص طلبات التجنس مكتب استقبال طالبى الحصول على الجنسية المصرية من الأجانب بالدور الأول بمقرGAFI الهيئة العامة للإستثمار والمناطق الحرة ، (3 شارع صلاح سالم – القاهرة ).
- تعبئة نموذج طلب منح الجنسية المصرية وإرفاق المستندات المطلوبة.
- أداء رسم قيمته 10 الاف دولار امريكي يسدد بموجب تحويل بنكي من الخارج يودع في الحساب المخصص لذلك في البنك المركزى المصري ولا يرد.
- يتم البت في الطلب بصفة مبدئية في موعد اقصاه 3 شهور.
- منح حق الإقامة المؤقتة لمدة 6 أشهر لإستكمال البرنامج الإستثمارى في حال رغبة المستثمر.
- يتم إصدار القرار النهائى في موعد اقصاه 3 شهور من تاريخ إستيفاء المتطلبات.
Foreigners can now acquire the Egyptian citizenship by investment within just 6 months.
There are several investment programs available to choose from:
- Depositing an amount of 250 thousand US dollars according to a bank transfer from abroad, as direct revenues that devolve to the state treasury and are not refundable.
- Depositing a bond with the Central Bank of Egypt in the amount of 750 thousand US dollars, according to a bank transfer from abroad, to be refunded after five years in Egyptian pounds, without interest.
- Depositing a bond with the Central Bank of Egypt in the amount of one million US dollars according to a bank transfer from abroad, to be refunded after three years in the Egyptian pound, without interest.
- Establishing or participating in an investment project with an amount of not less than 400 thousand US dollars, to be transferred from abroad, and with a participation rate of not less than 40% of the project capital.
- Buying real estate owned by the state according to the buildings and lands available for sale, at an amount not less than 500 thousand US dollars, to be transferred from abroad.
The six steps needed to obtain Egyptian citizenship:
- Create an account on the website www.egyptcitizenship.gov.eg or by personally attending the Naturalization Application Examination Unit, the reception office for foreign applicants for Egyptian nationality is on the first floor at GAFI headquarters, General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, (3 Salah Salem Street – Cairo).
- Fill out the application form for granting Egyptian nationality and attach the required documents.
- Paying a fee of 10 thousand US dollars paid according to a bank transfer from abroad, deposited in the account designated for that in the Central Bank of Egypt, and not refunded.
- A decision on the application shall be made in principle, no later than 3 months.
- Granting the right of temporary residence for a period of 6 months to complete the investment program in case the investor desires.
- The final decision will be issued no later than 3 months from the date the requirements are fulfilled.
