Mr. Osama has received his LLA degree from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University.

Biography

Mr. Osama Abdel Samad has over 24 years of legal experience representing and advising clients on transactions and disputes involving Criminal, Civil, Commercial, State Council, Personal Status, Trademark and labor lawsuits. Mr. Osama’s main areas of expertise include, Real Estate and Land, Tourism, Complementary and related activities, Manufacturing Projects and Residential Projects.

Mr. Osama's working languages are Arabic, English and French.

Representative Experience

Advising various bank transactions related to finance, mortgage, commercial mortgage, and settlements for loans with banks.
Advising on the protocols for cooperation with the relevant government agencies, proposing legal solutions with the civil society organizations and the competent governmental agencies, to develop the Cairo 2050 Project and the development of the Maspero Triangle, as well as advising and drafting contracts for the investment of lands and their operation.
Advising on dispute over of a 25,000 Feddan area the local governate and the tribes of the area.
Advising on disputes between the trade union committee and the workers of steam boiler company.
Advising on real-e investment projects, such as Gardenia & Ashgar Compounds.
Revising intranational contracts, applying the required modifications and following up on these modifications. Such as United Nations official projects.
Advising on disputes practices, advising on the representatives’ committees.
Advising on all disputes, cases related to the export and import field, insuring all the exported packages, or the compensatory fees. Beside regulating the litigation work related to the foreign countries.
