Litigation:

Mr. Keshik litigates many types of cases before the Egyptian Courts. In particular, he litigates Civil, Commercial, labor/compensation disputes, Misdemeanors, Rental disputes, Leasing, Intellectual property.

He advises clients using legal opinions and memorandums, analyses of internal regulations as well as conducting investigations with employees when necessary.

Arbitration:

Mr. Keshik handles many complex, high-value cases for high profile clients. He ensures enforcement of foreign arbitration awards in accordance with relevant Egyptian Laws.

Additionally, he manages all procedures to extract executive formulae from the Cairo Court of Appeals, all procedures to file for enforcement of the arbitration awards, handles negotiations with the litigants, and drafts settlement agreements.

Moreover, he represents clients in the litigation to set aside arbitration awards (Annulment cases) as well as the execution objections cases.
