With experience in M&A transactions, joint ventures, private equity, commercial transactions, and commercial contracts, Mohamed Selim has been involved in number of the major transactions in Egypt.

Mr. Selim obtained his LLB from the Faculty of Law (English Section), Cairo University. He assists his clients in reviewing and drafting commercial agreements such as technology transfer, share sale and purchase, shareholders agreements, service agreements, manufacturing, franchising agreements and others. As a plus, he has wide experience in establishing all kinds of companies and advising on the regulatory and compliance regulations and requirements in Egypt. He is also specialized in preparing all documents needed for duly convening board and shareholders meetings and handles all required procedures up until their ratification by the competent authorities.
