Mahmoud Mohamed Khalifa is a Senior Litigation Lawyer admitted before the Court of Cassation in Egypt, with more than 18 years of extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, corporate, commercial, and employment law matters.

Throughout his career, Mahmoud has represented multinational corporations and major business entities before civil, commercial, economic, and labor courts in Egypt. He has extensive expertise in handling high-value disputes, drafting legal opinions, managing complex litigation strategies, and advising clients on legal risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

Mahmoud has worked with leading law firms in Egypt, specializing in litigation, arbitration, corporate, commercial, real estate, and employment matters. His professional experience spans clients operating in the hospitality, transportation, pharmaceutical, aviation, automotive, energy, oil & gas, and real estate sectors.

He has acted in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, cross-border commercial disputes, enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, and disputes arising from international sale of goods and international trade transactions. He also has practical experience in comparative legal systems and cross-jurisdictional disputes involving the laws of the United Arab Emirates and Qatar.

He possesses strong legal drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills, with significant experience in commercial disputes, labor litigation, arbitration-related matters, real estate disputes, and contract review and analysis. Mahmoud is also an Authorized Incorporation Agent before the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI).

Mahmoud holds a Bachelor of Laws from Assiut University and has completed professional legal and language training programs through the The American University in Cairo.
