Youssef Shereen is a Legal Practitioner with more than 3 years of practical experience in litigation, criminal law matters, contract drafting and review, debt collection, and legal business development. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ain Shams University with a Very Good academic standing and has developed experience handling a broad range of contentious and advisory legal matters.

Throughout his career, Youssef has worked on various litigation files, particularly criminal cases involving cybercrimes, involuntary manslaughter, theft-related offenses, cheque disputes, and debt collection claims. He has practical experience in preparing legal memoranda, following litigation procedures, managing case files, and attending hearings and investigations before the competent authorities.

Youssef has also been involved in enforcement procedures, including the execution of arbitrate awards and legal judgments, as well as attending court hearings and legal investigations across different areas of practice. His experience extends to supporting dispute resolution processes and monitoring legal proceedings through different litigation stages.

In addition, Youssef worked with major companies in Saudi Arabia specializing in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing various types of contracts, particularly construction contracts and service agreements. His work focused on contractual risk mitigation, legal compliance, and protecting clients’ commercial interests.

Alongside litigation and advisory work, Youssef has experience in legal business development, professional relationship building, and legal marketing, contributing to client acquisition and strengthening institutional legal services.
