Youmna is a Junior Associate Lawyer and a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Cairo University (English Section), Class of 2024, with a Very Good grade. She is currently pursuing postgraduate studies at Cairo University, further advancing her academic and professional expertise.
Youmna has practical experience in corporate and commercial matters, particularly in handling corporate procedures and liaising with governmental authorities and regulatory bodies. Her work includes assisting clients with company incorporations, corporate amendments, regulatory filings, licensing procedures, and compliance with applicable legal and administrative requirements.
She possesses strong analytical and organizational skills, with extensive experience in reviewing, analyzing, organizing, and summarizing case files and legal documents. Her attention to detail and ability to identify key legal issues enable her to contribute effectively to case preparation and legal strategy development.
As a member of the firm's arbitration team, Youmna is involved in arbitration matters, assisting with legal research, case preparation, document review, and the drafting of legal memoranda and submissions. Through this experience, she has gained valuable exposure to dispute resolution and arbitration proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Youmna completed several legal internships that provided practical exposure to litigation, corporate law, and dispute resolution. She is committed to delivering high-quality legal services and continuously developing her professional and academic capabilities.

* Participated in arbitration proceedings, including attending meetings, reviewing case materials, and assisting in the preparation and filing of arbitration-related submissions.
* Assisted in drafting a Notice of Dispute under a Bilateral Investment Treaty (BIT) in relation to an investment arbitration case involving Mr. Hashem Al Safadi.
* Reviewed and analyzed employment contract addenda for Ben-Ban TSK, ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements and internal policies.
* Prepared legal advice and legal memoranda on various corporate and commercial law matters for RATP.
* Assisted in handling corporate procedures before the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), including incorporation-related matters, corporate amendments, EGMs and OGMs for the firm's clients.
* Drafted shareholders' resolutions, parent company resolutions, and other corporate governance documents required for corporate restructuring and compliance purposes.
* Conducted legal research and prepared summaries of legal and factual issues to support ongoing corporate, commercial, and dispute resolution matters.
* Reviewed, organized, and summarized case files and supporting documentation to assist senior lawyers in case management and strategic decision-making.
