Dr. Mohamed Abo Ghazala is a senior legal expert with over 17 years of experience advising clients on commercial transactions and disputes across Egypt and the MENA region.
Dr. Abo Ghazala has PhD (Doctor of Philosophy in Law) from Ain-Shams University. Along with two master’s degrees, one in administrative science from Cairo University, And the other in Public Law (LLM) from Helwan University.

He served as a legal technical director for international investments under the Presidential Initiative for the Development of Egyptian Industry (EBDA). His expertise includes M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and commercial contracts. He regularly advises on company establishment, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Dr. Abo Ghazala has sufficient experience to give legal advice on corporate and regulatory matters such as License renewals, board and general assembly procedures, and filings with Egyptian ministries.
