Dr. Walid Hegazy has over thirty years of legal experience representing and advising clients on transactions and disputes involving the commercial laws and regulations of Egypt and the greater MENA region.
Prior to founding Hegazy & Partners, he worked with several notable international law firms in New York, Houston, London, Dubai, and Riyadh. He is the founder of the Lex Maxima Global Legal Alliance.
