Biography

Nahla Mouhsen is a lawyer with experience in corporate law and litigation. She holds a law degree from Ain Shams University (English Section) with a “Very Good” GPA. Currently a Junior Associate at Hegazy & Partners Law Firm since January 2023, she provides legal opinions in Arabic and English, translates and reviews contracts, conducts legal research, prepares corporate documents, and liaises with governmental institutions such as GAFI. She has experience in contract drafting, case review, and legal translation. She is proficient in Arabic and English, skilled in MS Office applications, and has strong negotiation, communication, and teamwork abilities.
