Mohamed Yousef is a qualified
Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, he is a seasoned legal
professional with extensive experience in corporate, commercial and finance
law, particularly within the GCC (having worked in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain
and Dubai) as well as London (UK). He held private practice roles with
international law firms such as Clifford Chance LLP (in London and Riyadh),
Norton Rose Fulbright LLP (London) and Hogan Lovells LLP (Jeddah). With over
twenty years legal experience across diverse sectors including private equity,
venture capital (in emerging technologies), project, trade and Islamic finance,
commercial banking, fashion, private wealth and estate planning. His senior
in-house roles include Sovereign Wealth Funds such as a PIF subsidiary (SALIC
UK, London), Doha Venture Capital (Qatar Free Zones Authority), the Saudi
National Bank, Bapco Refining (Bahrain), the Islamic Development Bank as
well Saudi Arabian family offices, CMA licensed investment companies, a UK
based digital estate planning platform start-up and a Dubai based
Middle East focused fashion business. His qualifications include a Post
Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Law, London and a
Master of Laws from the University College London.
