- Handling a wide variety of services related to corporate law such as handling all aspects of corporate activities under Companies and Investment laws.
- Handling all matters related to incorporation and operation of companies, branches of foreign companies and representative offices.
- Organizing and attending Board and Shareholders meetings and drafting or certifying minutes of meetings from the competent authorities.
- Obtaining, and registering official authorizations, licenses, and visas for clients.
- Collaborating on the drafting of all corporate relevant agreements.
- Registering Management Companies and branches before the Ministry of Tourism and extracting the necessary licenses for their operation.
- Drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial contracts, including but not limited to Service, Lease, and Employment Agreements.
- Conducting legal memorandums and legal research in a corporate and labor matters.
- Conducting legal translation and legal research in English and Arabic
- Representing clients before the Industrial development authority and extracting all relevant certificates and licenses.
