Mr. Badr is Managing Partner at our Morrocco office based in Casablanca .

With decades of legal experience and as one of the best and highly recognized legal practitioners in Morocco and the larger North African region, Mr. Badr brings substantial expertise and knowledge to the fields of Maritime Law (as he has previously served as inhouse Counsel for two of the top maritime specialized companies recognized globally), as well as deep knowledge of all aspects of Civil, Labor, Real Estate and Business Laws. 

Mr. Badr has recently joined under the Hegazy and Partners’ umbrella in the mutual expansion efforts of Hegazy & Partners and himself, to further solidify the legal network in the North African region.
