Dr. Mohamed Abo Ghazala has over 16 years of legal
experience representing & advising clients on transactions and disputes
involving all the commercial laws and regulations either at Egypt, or the MENA
region.
Along with his wide experience as a technical director in
the legal sector of a wide range of international investments in the
presidential Initiative for the Development of Egyptian Industry (EBDA).
Wide experience in Mergers & Acquisitions transactions,
joint ventures, private equity, commercial transactions, and commercial
contracts, and has been involved in several significant transactions in Egypt.
Dr. Abo Ghazala assists his clients in reviewing and
drafting commercial agreements of various types, Plus, his wide experience in
establishing all kinds of companies and advising on the regulatory and
compliance regulations & requirements in Egypt.
In addition, Dr. Abo Ghazala has sufficient experience to
give legal advice on corporate and regulatory matters such as License renewals,
BOD meetings and General assemblies, handling Ministry of Trade & Industry/
Ministry of Finance filings to ensure compliance and advising on legal status
of employees and staff.
