Qualifications
- Mr. ElSabbah obtained his L.L.B in 1993 from the Faculty of Law – Cairo University, with honors.
- In 1997 he obtained a L.L.M from the Faculty of Law – Cairo University, with honors.
- In 2017, he obtained his PhD in Criminal Law from the Faculty of Law – Cairo University, with high honors.
- Mr. ElSabbah was registered with the Egyptian Bar Association in 1994.
Biography
- He practiced the legal mission to serve justice and humanity in Egypt from 1994 to 2000.
- At the end of the year 2000, he moved to work in the legal profession and legal consultancy in the United Arab Emirates as a legal advisor to several of the well known lawfirms in the region.
- He represented clients in all sorts of criminal cases with the Ras Al Khaimah Courts before moving to Dubai.
- In 2012, he established his own law firm and legal consultancy in the Emirate of Dubai which he managed for 8 years.
- He is specializes in real estate law and represents clients in commercial litigation disputes as well as in criminal cases of all kinds.
