Qualifications

Mr. ElSabbah obtained his L.L.B in 1993 from the Faculty of Law – Cairo University, with honors.
In 1997 he obtained a L.L.M from the Faculty of Law – Cairo University, with honors.
In 2017, he obtained his PhD in Criminal Law from the Faculty of Law – Cairo University, with high honors.
Mr. ElSabbah was registered with the Egyptian Bar Association in 1994.

Biography

He practiced the legal mission to serve justice and humanity in Egypt from 1994 to 2000.
At the end of the year 2000, he moved to work in the legal profession and legal consultancy in the United Arab Emirates as a legal advisor to several of the well known lawfirms in the region.
He represented clients in all sorts of criminal cases with the Ras Al Khaimah Courts before moving to Dubai.
In 2012, he established his own law firm and legal consultancy in the Emirate of Dubai which he managed for 8 years.
He is specializes in real estate law and represents clients in commercial litigation disputes as well as in criminal cases of all kinds.
