Ahmad Edris is a Junior Associate at Hegazy & Partners with experience in litigation, arbitration, legal advisory, and corporate matters. He holds a Bachelor of Law from Cairo University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Litigation Logistics and Dispute Settlement at AASTMT.
Ahmad specializes in litigation, representing clients such as Starwood, RATP, and Ritz Carlton in tax appeals and labor disputes before various courts. He is also involved in arbitration cases, preparing legal memorandums and managing procedural compliance before the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).
Beyond litigation, Ahmad provides legal advice in both Arabic and English, handles corporate matters such as incorporations and contract drafting, and represents international hotel management companies before regulatory authorities. His expertise extends to handling petitions, legal declarations, and corporate governance matters, making him a well-rounded legal professional with a strong focus on dispute resolution.
