Currently appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Business Development at Lex Maxima Global Legal Alliance, Mr. Mansour leads the organization’s international growth strategy, partnership development, and cross-border market expansion. His responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of business development: from identifying emerging market opportunities and managing multi-jurisdictional client pipelines, to driving revenue sustainability, governance reporting, and brand positioning at global legal summits and forums.

Mr. Mansour’s career trajectory is defined by a consistent pattern of transformational leadership. As Managing Director of Alpha-Art Group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, he held full P&L accountability for a luxury perfumes and gifting enterprise, overseeing strategy, sales, marketing, supply chain, and team development. Prior to that, as Director of Operations at Malaaz Design Studio and Infinity-Plus for Lighting Solutions in Egypt, he architected governance frameworks, annual business plans, and data-driven reporting systems that delivered sustained operational and financial improvement.

A distinguished tenure of thirteen years at Vodafone Egypt (2000–2013) underpins Mr. Mansour’s commercial credentials. Rising from Indirect Sales Consultant to Senior Manager of High Value and Premium Accounts, he grew his regional revenue by three million per month within a two-year period, achieving a 55% EBITDA increment, and was ranked the top-performing manager in Corporate Segment market share growth for six consecutive years. Transferred to Vodafone Qatar, he successfully reversed a loss-making SME division, expanding market share from 5.2% to 8.6% and generating over USD 500,000 in record first-quarter sales through a disciplined multi-channel commercial strategy.

His subsequent role as Head of Distribution and Merchandising at Qatar National Company delivered equally compelling results: a 25% compound revenue growth trajectory in a declining market, gross margin improvement of 22%, successful launch of 18 new large-format retail locations, and a retention program turnaround from 25% to 75%.
