For almost 30 years, Dr. Mostafa has handled a wide variety of criminal cases, including commercial fraud, bribery, forgery, and the misappropriation of public funds. He has also represented clients in high value civil and commercial claims, as well as bankruptcy and investment disputes before the Cairo Economic Court. Dr. Nassef achieved his LLB from Tanta University, Egypt, along with LLM in General Law from Cairo University and a Doctorate in Law from Monofeya University. He is a member of the Egyptian Society of International Law, the Egyptian Human Rights Society, and the Egyptian Association for Political Economy & Legalization.
