Mahmoud Mohamed Khalifa is a seasoned Egyptian attorney with over 17 years of experience in litigation and legal advisory, admitted to the Court of Cassation. He has a strong background in corporate, commercial, employment, arbitration, and contract law. Currently a Senior Litigation Lawyer at Hegazy & Partner Law Firm, he advises clients on litigation risks, legal strategy, and contract review. His past roles include senior legal positions at top Cairo law firms filed, where he handled high-value cases, complex legal disputes, and represented major clients such as HOCHDORF, NOMAC, British Airways, and Weatherford.
Mahmoud’s expertise covers international trade disputes, real estate conflicts, employment law, and arbitration. He is known for his strong legal research, drafting skills, and ability to align legal strategies with business goals. He holds a Bachelor of Law from Assiut University and has completed legal and language training at AUC and the French Institute. He is proficient in English, with basic French skills, and is authorized by GAFI for corporate incorporation.
