Mostafa Adly is a legal professional with experience in corporate law and litigation. A graduate of Cairo University’s Faculty of Law (English Section), Class of 2022, with a Very Good grade, he has gained practical expertise during his tenure at Hegazy & Partners Law Firm.
His corporate practice includes drafting and approving general assembly resolutions, handling share transfer agreements, company incorporation, and lease agreements. He has worked on corporate structuring, governance, and compliance for various entities, including RITZ, RATP, Al-Safa Poultry, AV Farms Egypt, and Train Company.
In litigation, Mostafa has experience in managing legal proceedings, drafting legal memoranda, and handling procedural aspects of litigation, including filing lawsuits and requesting hearings reopening. He has provided legal opinions and worked on cases involving Laverde Company and RATP.
